Simple delivery.
These terms govern digital purchases from Adrish Barman Photography. By completing checkout, the buyer agrees to the license, delivery, refund, privacy, and support terms below.
01 / Delivery
Private digital files
Paid orders receive private, signed download links after Stripe confirms payment. Links expire after 30 days. High-resolution photographs are delivered as JPEG files; presets are delivered as ZIP packages containing .xmp files, installation instructions, and a license.
02 / Photograph license
Personal use
A photograph purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license. Personal device use and personal prints are allowed. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, commercial use, editorial publication, training datasets, and claiming authorship are not included.
03 / Preset license
One photographer
A preset purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included files on that person's devices for personal work and that person's own client edits. Preset files may not be shared, resold, repackaged, uploaded, sublicensed, or included in another product.
04 / Refunds
Digital-sale review
Because access is delivered immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final where permitted by law. If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or materially different from its description, contact Adrish so the file can be replaced or the purchase reviewed for a refund. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
05 / Privacy
Only what delivery needs
Stripe handles payment details. This site stores the Stripe order identifier, purchase contents, amount, currency, customer email, and download-entitlement activity needed to verify and deliver the order. It does not receive or store full card numbers.
06 / Support
Start with the source
For a missing download, damaged archive, installation question, or expanded license request, contact Adrish through the social links below and include the receipt email and product name. Never send card numbers, identity documents, or banking information.
